Arbor Care Solutions is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Home Care Services team on a PRN basis in North Carolina.

The PRN Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, focusing on promoting wellness, independence, and enhancing quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' vital signs and overall well-being.
• Educate patients and their families on proper disease management and healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
• Document patient assessment, care provided, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Perform follow-up assessments every 90 days to evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Conduct skills validation to ensure competency in nursing practice.
• Provide compassionate and holistic care tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient.
• Work with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to facilitate record-keeping and documentation.
• Provide services in the home of the patient, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.
